My car wont start

My honda civic 2002 ex put a new starter and nothing
wont start and by the ground wire in the front sparks I
check and the fuses and everything and when you keep
tryin to turn it on it just spark in the ground wite

That means something is shorting to ground. Detatch battery quick! You either have a live wire touching somewhere or placed a wrong wire on or battery poles mixed up but check it again before hooking it up
