I was unable to start my 2016 honda accord this
morning...radio and likes working but car wouldn't
start

Try jump starting the car. If that does not work take it to your Honda dealer for warranty repairs.

Your car probably came with road side assistance which means you would have AAA type coverage. Look at the paper work that came in the glove box.
