99 honda accord wont start

Hello. I have a 99 honda accord auto 6 cylinder 3.0
vtec. Had broken brake lines fuel line and in need
of new tps... After fixing fuel line the car stopped
starting all together. It cranks the fuel pump primes
but no start. The main relay is not the issue either
apparantly after having run a test on it as well. So
with new lines and new gas and after checking
main relay and hearing fuel pump prime what can
be causing the no start. Spark plugs look good as
well.
