what is the cool down time of the Sport response button on the new Gen 2 991. I know it lasts 20 seconds but is there a limit on how often in can be used and how much time to leave between uses?

No, he's talking about sport +. Ideally, you should allow 5min cool downs, because the new intercoolers are not designed for long term overboost. There really isn't a limit to how often sport + should be used, but if you need more power than stock, contact GIAC, I'm sure they have tunes for the 991.2 Turbo S models.
