Chrysler 2016 200C Key Fob Not Detected

Frustrated batterys new dealership
says key fob synced with car however
periodic the key fob has left the
vehicle. Was told there are pockets of
poor internet in our community causing
this issue. I dont want to get stuck with
a car not starting. Grrrr

if it does that put key fob up against vent under the push start button and try to start it my battery died once and i found out that works.
