My drivers side headlight is stuck on bright
what can cause this problem

Could be a faulty bulb, swap them from side to side and see if problem follows the bulb

What happens when you turn the high beams on? Does the driver's side dim or get brighter? Or neither?

Does it have Auto sensing hi beams? Have you tried turning the feature off?
