Asked by Angela Dec 19, 2018 at 01:57 PM about the 2016 Jeep Compass Sport

Question type: General

I have someone interested in my Jeep and the message "You have a listing
being processed by our system. Please check back later." I can't respond.
Does anyone know how long this takes so my buyer doesn't feel like I am just
not responding?

I just noticed my listing doesn't show up in my search and it says pending. So that may be good news for me. Thank you for responding I just didn't want my buyer to feel snubbed.

I suppose I would have expected an email saying a sale was pending instead of just blocking me from my listing. I am happy that instead of a problem it may be a sale in progress.

This problem is happening to me as well. I was talking with two prospective buyers and now I’m getting this “still processing” prompt. This is incredibly annoying and I’m not happy about having just paid over $20 to advertise my car on this site. Car gurus have no way to contact them other than sending an email. I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m pissed and ready to cancel this piece of shit service.
