I just posted a car yesterday. The price analysis says my car is "High Price". I have looked at several other cars with the same or less options, and equal/similar mileage and they are considered "fair deals". Why is this so?

Apparently it is higher. This value is computed based on other similar cars for sale in your area, nothing else.
