How to remove plastic under behind two front seats.

Asked by gthegreat1 Sep 08, 2016 at 10:36 PM about the 2016 Ford Transit Passenger 350 XL Low Roof LWB RWD with Sliding Passenger-Side Door

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi, I'm vanpooling with a few people on a new Ford Transit. I think 350. We have the second row of seats that are very uncomfortable. The problem is, that there is no space to put the feet under the two front seats. There is a plastic cover under the back of the two front seats. How can I removed those covers? I removed the top plastic piece, but I cant remove the lower back piece, its reinforced with a weird screw or something. How do I remove that? Thank you.

Once you get the plastic covers off you are going to find that they are hiding stuff and you still will not be able to put your feet their

I Mentioned that I removed the top plastic piece. That lets me see what's under the seat. There will be another 2 inches of space for your foot to sneak under. That will make a huge difference.
