Used Nissan NV Passenger for Sale Nationwide

I contacted them on a Saturday and didn't get the information I requested until the following Wednesday. Apparently the concept of itemizing fees is foreign. After three attempts to get a breakdown of the added fees I decided to work with another dealer. I would not deal with this dealership in the future.

The dealer contacted me promptly. The vehicle was as listed in the ad. I was able to take a test drive and received exellent customer serve. I purchased the vehicle and am very pleased with the the attention to detail and level of service from all the staff involved. I would highly recomend this dealership.

The lady from Subaru contacted me and I lost her email. She was very good to talk to I wish I could get hold of her as in sure she could find me the vehicle I’m looking for.

They were very polite and prompt and even sent a video of the vehicle I expressed interest in !!

They provided all information I asked for and the car was in good condition. The only problem was that their price was high in comparison to other offers

I heard back from the dealership after I put in an inquiry through Car Gurus. They assigned me a salesperson. We made an appointment. When I showed up, the car was a mess. First it was filthy dirty. Second, it had a cracked bumper and cracked windshield. Then they would not tell me the value of my trade-in unless I promised to return after the car was cleaned up. I will not go back.

Zoe was extremely diligent about contacting me. At times it was overkill though.

I was contacted by a salesman the day after my inquiry. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Even though I was told that the vehicle had been sitting at the lot for 2 weeks, it was still not cleaned and detailed. This didn't affect my decision since I was still able to test drive it. Overall the experience was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using the dealership.

The website said delivery to Winnipeg was included in price but then I was told that due to the pandemic they couldn’t deliver the Armada I was interested in. I understand the circumstances due to Covid however it was disappointing that they didn’t update the ad in line with the pandemic.
