Electrical system malfunctioning

My 2016 Ford Explorer makes clicking
sounds while freeway driving, locks go on
and off while driving, parking lights go on and
off while parked with the engine off and the
battery dies overnight. Is this a BCM issue or
alternator? Or something else. We took the
batteries out of the fob to check that but that
didn’t work.

If, by chance, your car is still under warranty, bring it back to the dealership. If the battery dies overnight, it is a sure sign you have a parasitic draw. Surf the net for a video on how to detect. All you need is a multi-meter.
