1999 Ford 450 passenger bus all of a sudden the ac blows hot, what do I do?

AC worked great but next day only blows hot. Fan speed is good dash and
floor vents affected

Okay, the heat works fine and when I turn it back to cool it's just warm but not hot.

First thing to check is to see if there is freon in the system may have a leak and all of the freon has leaked out.
