Does a 1999 ford 450 super duty gas have a fuel filter?

I would like to know what's going on with my
1999 ford 450 super duty wrecker v10. I've
changed the fuel filter I've had knew plugs
put on.  However the truck looses pressure
once it's warm.  Also excelerates like sh*t

No but I thought of that also. Due to the fact Im getting a strange gargling sound out of it
