Dome lights and running board lights stay on after car is off. Is there a fuse for
this ?

Yes, but most likely that fuse also supplies other items you won't want to permanently disable. Try looking at the door ajar switch, or the dash light switch (make sure the interior dimmer isn't turned all the way to keep interior lights on).
