a multi tester would help find where there's power /ground and where there's not , the brake lights may go through the directional switch , the 3rd light works because it's not shared with the directional , everything needs a good ground

Well mine I had the problem after I hook up trailer si I was almost involved in accident I push the brake hard after that my brake lights went out so I check all fuses and wiring and everything was ok and I remove the brake switch and that was the problem is easy to fix one connector and one pin is above the brake pedal
