Dead wont do anything

I haqve a 2001 Expedition , 5.4L triton motor , It is completly dead wont turn over or anything. Radio wont work nothing. It's not the Battery.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

if you 100%sure it is not a dead battery,then your starter is probley locked up.but saying the radio wont play,eather its fuse is blown or the battery is dead.
