Without more information, I would say you have transmission issues, have it towed to a trans mission shop or mechanic for a diagnosis. Most probably a solenoid, low fluid level in the trans or you need a complete rebuild.

I Can Put It In Drive but It Won't Move Forward All The Fluids Good It Just Want Move Forward And Go
In that case, at the Explorer's age, it's most likely a defective trasn shift solenoid, but it might be worn or stretched linkage; maybe a broken shifter. Only a transmission tech can tell for sure.
