Front brakes locked up

an ABS system malfunction? neglected calipers and brake pads? wrong brake fluid? these things generally do not happen by themselves...need more info as how you've been naughty enough to cause a malfunction~

the rubber hose may have collasped. Is it one wheel or verified it's both?

the guy let the front brakes go, ignored the "squeal tabs" and went commando metal on metal, and now he's expecting us to press his magic button...there it is....in your wallet---get some new calipers and now rotors too~
