If i supercharge my 2015 ford mstang gt premium, will i have to change my rear end?

Probably not, but you will likely need custom dyno tuning.

Will the stock rear end hold the power without any issues. I use it for daily driving but I like the power also

It has an 8.8" rear gear and they are known to be able to handle 500 or 600 hp with no issues.
