When I value my car for sale on cargurus the price falls in the fair territory even though I have less tan 1 years mileage on a 3 year old vehicle and have $1700 ext warranty and a $300 K&N filter system then when I post cargurus screws me and says high?

I'm not certain how the CarGurus algorithm works but believe your vehicle's price is compared only to similar listed vehicles on this site, and not to blue book values or car values in general. So it can skew what it considers to be a "good value", and that's without even considering extras like warranties or performance goodies. All you can do is stick to your price, and describe all the extras that make your vehicle a good buy even if it seems higher priced than others.
