Problem with my Car In Am & after I gas up

I have issues with my car shaking some when I
start it in the mornings.  It shakes as if it’s havinf
issues breathing.  It also acts up when I put fuel in
it and then start it back up.  Like it having issues
breathing and wants to cut off.  It shakes some
when just sitting still now.  Any helpful information?
