Whats making my truck jump when i het the brakes

Whats wrong with my truck

Might have air in the lines possibly due to a failing master cylinder. Would try to bleed the brakes and see if you have any leaks anywhere. If so replace parts as needed.. If it is brake related it's an obvious safety concern not to mention really annoying. Good Luck!
