How do you remove the headliner on a 2014 transit connect XL so a roof rack can be bolted on?

Looks like it needs to bolt on the same location as the grab handle.

Got it, 4 round plugs above where you head would be then remove 2 plastic screw covers on each grab handle. That lowered it enough so I could access what I needed to, (roof rack installation)
