My 2002 Mustang will not do anything when I turn key.

Ok so car was working fine shut it off and after 30 minutes tried to leave again
and turn the key nothing happens at all.  All my gauges went to the far right
like they were maxed out. If you turn on the hazards all it does it click real fast
like a machine gun. Also the only light that come on is the security light and it
just flashes.
