i have a 2001 ford expediton and the brake lights and signals dont work at all.The signals dont even flash in the dash.WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

I have and replaced them with new ones. Also changed the electronic flasher and makes no difference

I also notice when I turn on the 4 ways and put my foot on the brake pedal the brake lights will light up

,03 expedition changed signal fuse now no 4way are break lights
