The radio information screen won't come on. How can I fix it?

I just purchased a 2014 CR V.  The upper Screen won't light up.  Is there a fuse or something that will cause it not to come on?

You can check the fuses but I suspect the radio is faulty.

The radio and CD player will play, but no display is on the screen.
