How can i fix the rev problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car wont rev past 3000 rpm.i changed the solenoid valve
and cleaned the vtc and filters.still same problem

Thanks i will give it a try please. Could the camshaft sensor be the culprit? please help me out friends
