The window opens  but the problem is that
the liftgate will not open  what is the
solution for it

I am having the same issue. I can open the liftgate window but the liftgate will no longer open. One day it opened and the next day it wouldn't. I used to could hear it unlock when the doors were unlocked with the key fob but now you can't hear it unlock any more. Any ideas of what could be going on?
