Liftgate will not open

My liftgate will not open. I can open the liftgate window but the liftgate will no
longer open. One day it opened and the next day it wouldn't. I used to could
hear it unlock when the doors were unlocked with the key fob but now you can't
hear it unlock any more. Any ideas of what could be going on?

My 2013 Cruz. Acts like it doesn't want to start every time I put gas in it
