My 2014 Impreza has a horn issue. Horn will only work when steering wheel is turned 1/4 turn.

A bad electrical connection in the steering column or an issue with clock spring.

I'm having the same issue on my Impreza 2013, everything in the steering wheel works but the horn, did you find the problem?
