Your van came with P235/60R18 tires. I doubt that 17" rims will fit over brake parts, but you can try them to see, and that's only if the rims were designed for your car; anything else won't bolt on.. The 225 is narrower than the 235, so that will affect braking negatively, so I wouldn't advise that. That change would reduce tire diameter by 1.5", so at 70 mph, you'll be going 66 mph, and you'd have to remember that while driving. If all works, you could use them temporarily.
