Turn down the radio... Sorry, couldn't resist :). I would call up the dealership where you bought it and put the question to them. Was wondering what you think of your new Town and Country? Am trying to decide which minivan would be best...have been looking at the Honda Odyssey but it is quite expensive. What are your thoughts?

For 2012: 1) press NAV hard key 2) press MENU hard key 3) on screen, touch NAV SETTINGS 4) on screen, touch GUIDANCE PROMPTS 5) Adjustment screen appears. Easy from there Regards - Paul

You need to turn up the volume with the regular dial for the radio WHEN the navigation voice is talking.
