My family just purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand
Caravan and when they run the ac the temp reads
between 215 and 225. Is this normal?

No this is not normal. Several things it could be. Should have a shop look at this.

    Should coolant br spilling onto the ground from the reservoir tank when full? Shouldn't it circulate back into the radiator? Is there possibly a hose not connected?
