Crown Vic 2007 police interceptor

Hello I have a 2007 Crown Vic I ran out of gas I
went to the gas station and put a gallon of gas a
poem about hair of it in the tank and started to
start the car it started a little but wouldn't turn over
so I could tell you to pull the rest of the gas in the
tank as I went to start the car for a second time it
did nothing no noise no sounds no nothing all my
lights work hazard lights radio and everything what
could be the problem

I have a 2007 crown vic 4.6 police which has 2 cats on the exhaust any may i can do with out them . i know they have o2 hook 2 them

Check the fuel button in the trunk and see if it trppedup if it did push it back down and try that
