Lost gears in automatic transmission with no noise

While driving try to pass a car at low speed, lost all
gears with no noise car only has 43,000 miles on it.
Transmission fluid is like brand new and full.

I'm not an automatic transmission expert, and you need one. From what I've seen in my seventy-five years is that your condition, transmission failure without any warning signs, is most likely related to a failed torque converter or transmission control unit/module. And might be a problem with the engine's throttle body.
