89 grand prix 2.8l.when i turn the key it wont turn over and i noticed gas on the ground. come to find out its coming out of the throttle body. seems like all the injectors are pumping fuel at once.

a vacuum controlled fuel pressure regulator has a vacuum hose and a diaphragm is inside to regulate. if diaphragm splits it sends fuel down the hose to intake. excessive fuel will block piston, you cannot compress a liquid

the amount of gas that came out was unbelievable. i opened the throttle body and it poored out
