Question type: Maintenance & Repair

iv got a f150 it starts great, and will run great but if you drive it for about 30-45min when you come to a stop it will die and not turn back on for like 30min. when it dies and i try and start it it will turn over and try and start but acts like its not getting any gas? iv changed both fuel pumps its only got 2 bc someone who owned it before me took one of the tanks out.

I have the same problem with mine. I have to replace the full throttle body and the sensor because the body is leaking oil which fried the sensor and it does what you described. It also cranks kind of hard before it starts
