If I ran my 1985 Ford F150 4 speed 302 without an alternator will it push oil into the gas

No. Ur engine oil is completely isolated from alternator. Ur truck will run until battery is dead. The function of the alternator is to keep the battery charged. The only place gasoline is close to the engine oil is at the fuel pump on ur 85
