Towing capacity

I have a 1981 f150 4.9 Lt 300 straight 6 runs good. Does anyone know what I can tow with this truck it's has an axle code of H3 it it's 2 wheel drive costom model 3 speed with over drive so technically 4 speed transmission.

I dont know the specific numbers but that combo of engine and the 4spd standard can darn near pull a house down. The 300/6 is a very strong motor and was able to pull a 18ft landscape trailer loaded with trees we took down without much effort, that truck 87 f150 earned my respect fast!
