Can I put a microgard fuel filter for a ford, lincon, or
jag on my 89 gmc sierra 1500? Its about the same
size as the original. Will it mess up my truck in
some way?

I would always suggest using the right parts for any car, filter might restrict fuel and or pressure, don't think it would do damage but don't quote me on that, it's always worth it do get the right part for the job in my eyes

Agreed, just asking becuse I have that filter laying around and if I dont have to keep spending money then I don't want to lol.
