2013 Chevy Express 4500 Bus/Autobus right front turn signal does not flash with turn signal switch or emergency flasher switch. All other lights work properly. No power to blue with blue/white wire.

Right front turn signal does not flash with turn signal switch or emergency
flasher switch. All other lights work properly. No power on blue/ white tracer
wire at right front socket. Turn signal switch replaced, did not fix problem. Any
ideas?

Found the problem after checking all of the fuses with a test light. It turned to be a blown BCM-3 fuse in the underhood Power Distribution Box. If anyone else experiences this problem make sure that you check all of the fuses with a test light. Wizard__1.
