Before buying a 2014 Chevy Spark EV- LT with 31.000. Miles I want to know if it's possible to have a second battery to run the Electric Motor I used to have a Chevy Impala and I put two batteries in the car for more accessories in between the batteries was called an isolator I'm wondering if I can have that ice later in between the two batteries isolator charges up 1 battery and flips it over to the next battery when one batteries already done so I could get twice the miles please answer my name is Tony my phone number 818) 919-4010 my email tonyk965@gmail.com

I have same question but also worry if the car can handle the extra weight. GM puts a sticker on the frame says total limit is something like 585 lbs. That's not even enough for 4 adults!

P.S. I have since purchased an additional BMW i3 with the gasoline REx but I hate driving it. Really wish I could use the Spark for my daily driver.

It's a bad 12 volt battery. Go on Rock Auto and get the AGM battery.

Electric vehicles do not have an alternator. They have an inverter. I have a 2014 spark ev. It is an AGM battery.
