Car won't start

I am having a Ford Fiesta car. I allowed it
to be in rain for two days. Now it's not
starting. Even its remote is not working   
What to do?

Car starts fine just drove it 5 miles but revs too high and when i accelerate smoke from exhaust what could be causing this and when i got home the fan was on took 5 mins to turn off after turning engine off
