Passenger low beam out. Unknown wire disconnected.

My passenger lowbeam is out and I noticed a wire
disconnected but it doesn’t go to the actual bulb.
Any idea where this goes?

I do have fog lights and they are working. This definitely has something to do with the lowbeam being out. Asked on the Jeep forum but no answer yet! Thanks anyway.
