Electrical problem '14 grand cherokee

Asked by Ksigg Jul 09, 2016 at 08:48 PM about the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 grand Cherokee. My multimedia
screen spontaneously stopped working, turning car
on and off hasn't fixed it. Wondering if anyone
knows how to disconnect and reconnect the
battery? Figured I'd give that a try.
