2013 Battery drain

I drove my Civic 1.5 miles. Stopped the car to go into a convenience store, came out to the car won't stsrt. Remove battery from car, attach to a charger. The charger tells me it is reading 13.6 volts. Why won't the car start/

Sounds like dirty battery terminal ends. Clean the battery and cable connections with a wire brush and retighten.
