How do I drain gas from a 2013 Civic?

I have a 2013 civic that has been sitting for about 15 months. I need to drain
the gas, but can't find a bolt on the tank to do so. From what I've read in other
places, there's supposed to be a way to drain on it to do exactly what I need
to.

I'd probably siphon it out before draining. It's really easy. You can get a siphon at Wal Mart for around $10. Stick the tube in the tank and you can suck the gas out.
