when i rev past 3k rpm my dash lights go out until my rpm goes below 3k rpm. why is that?

i only notice this at night because thats when i need my cluster lights but my dash lights
go out on  my car when i rev passed 3k rpm until i bring my rpm below 3k it will stay off

Have you checked anything yet? It can be something loose. Have you done anything to the car? Read the codes just to be sure those panels are digital maybe it has any info stored or could be the panel itself...
