Car won't accelerate while in gear

My Nissan Sentra 2013 all of a sudden began to
shake and then stop moving while on gear. I would
accelerate it but the car wouldn't move. Then we
figured it was low on transmission fluid which it
was, we drained the old fluid where it only had 1
quart and added 4 new quarts. Yet we drove the
car and it began doing the same thing again of not
accelerating. Could it be that it needs the computer
to reprogram it or does it need a new
transmission?
