Remove all 10 mm bolt at base off all injectors remove both fuel rail as an assembly Very carefully cut off the crimp fitting at the top and bottom of the fuel hose with a cutting wheel or similar tool remove hose replace with correct size fuel rated hose and clamp from your local parts store Easy job 4/5 h repair time $30 in parts For a larger expense have a local hydraulic hose shop install new cramp fitting Good luck
